How do I pay?

What do you need from us before the shoot?

How long does a shoot take?

A typical mini shoot on‑site takes 30–60 minutes. We’ll confirm timing after the onboarding form.

When will we get the videos?

Final MP4s are delivered within 3–5 business days after we receive the deposit and all required assets.

How many revisions are included?

One round of minor revisions per video is included. Additional revisions are billed at $25 per revision or $40/hour.

Who owns the videos?

After full payment, you receive a perpetual, non‑exclusive right to use the videos for marketing and advertising. We reserve the right to include work in our portfolio.

Can you post for us or run our ads?

Yes — we offer managed posting and local ad setup as add‑on services. Ask for pricing and options.

Do you offer ongoing content subscriptions?

Yes — monthly plans (e.g., 12 videos/month) are available for consistent content. Contact us to discuss a retainer.

What if we don’t see results?

We measure simple KPIs (views, link clicks, reservations). If you post as advised and don’t see uplift, we offer a $25 credit toward your next pack or recommend a tailored follow‑up plan.

How do I book?
